In this 8-Week singing class, you will explore the fundamentals of vocal technique. Designed for beginners and those looking to refine their skills, the class offers a supportive environment to build confidence while learning to sing. Students will have the opportunity to experience the joy of vocal harmony by singing with others, creating a sense of community and connection. Through fun exercises, group numbers, and personalized guidance from an experienced and brilliant instructor, participants will develop their vocal abilities, express themselves through music, and enjoy the thrill of singing in a positive, relaxed setting.
About the Instructor:
Greg Gibson is a skilled music director, pianist and arranger with a career that spans Canada, the United States, and beyond. His work with Theatre Collingwood includes productions such as The Last Resort, Side by Side by Sondheim, and Billy Bishop Goes to War. Greg has collaborated with respected theatre companies like The Shaw Festival, Talk Is Free Theatre and Thousand Islands Playhouse, among others. He has traveled the globe as a musical director, most recently conducting productions of Beetlejuice: The Musical, Kinky Boots, and Jersey Boys for Norwegian Cruise Lines.
